You can return items within 5 business days. Item(s) will be only accepted in resellable conditions (no dog hair, no urine stain, no sign of wear or wash). Refund will be issue with a company check for amount of item(s). No reimbursement of shipping and handling charges will be granted. NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS OR BOOTIES.
