Our used gear often has YEARS of life left. If you have a gently used Voyagers K9 Apparel coat (without tears or significant stains), consider sending it back to us for a discount code of up to $30 per coat towards a new coat in our shop! Discount code amounts are up to our discretion and are based on the condition of the item when we receive it. 

Trade-in Eligibility:

  • Coat must be in good condition, laundered, and free of significant stains, smells, and damage.
  • Your package must include information to identify the coat and the customer. This can include original order number, breed and size of coat, etc. Customer email address MUST BE INCLUDED in order to process store credit.
  • Only Raincoats and Winter Coats are eligible for credit. Tummy warmers, hoods, and booties are not eligible for credit.
