Voyagers K9 Apparel uses the postal system to deliver our products. Please note that free shipping only applies to new orders over $100 shipped to addresses deemed as domestic by the USPS. Orders less than $100 will have a shipping charge.

Voyagers K9 Apparel notifies purchasers that we have shipped an order with a shipping notification and tracking number from www.stamps.com. Please use this information to follow the delivery progress of an order. Delivery times will vary, but we aim to fulfill and ship your order as quickly as possible after receiving your order. For in-stock items, we normally fulfill orders within 3–5 business days. Custom dog coats and special orders may take two weeks to fulfill because these products are made individually when ordered.

Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.
We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging can not be accounted for.
Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.
Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
Products under warranty should be handled with care.
If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.
