What Happens to Packages Returned to Voyagers K9 Apparel?
If the USPS returns a package to us, we will notify the purchaser via email of the order's status. Unfortunately, some packages are returned to Voyagers K9 Apparel because the package was deemed Undeliverable or Unclaimed by the postal service. In either case, we will contact the purchaser via the email provided when ordering the product. After sending this notification, we hope to hear from the purchaser within a week to work out another delivery arrangement.
» If a purchaser fails to respond to our email notification within one week, Voyagers K9 Apparel will treat the order as a Return for Refund. Altered products, i.e. coat with harness openings, or custom coats will not be refunded.
» If the purchaser notifies Voyagers K9 Apparel of an address change, reshipment of the package is subject to an additional shipping charge. If the purchaser declines to pay for the additional shipping, Voyagers K9 Apparel will treat the order as a Return for Refund.
Voyagers K9 Apparel notifies purchasers that we have shipped an order with a shipping notification and tracking number from www.stamps.com to follow the delivery progress of orders. If you have any other questions about an order, please contact us. We're here to help.
