Voyagers K9 Apparel uses the postal system to deliver our products. Delivery times will vary, but we aim to fulfill and ship your order as quickly as possible after receiving your order. For in-stock items, we normally fulfill orders within 3–5 business days. Custom dog coats and special orders may take a couple of weeks to fulfill. When we ship your order, we will notify you with a shipping notification and tracking number from www.stamps.com. Please use this information to follow the delivery progress of your order.

Deliveries to Canada
Voyagers K9 Apparel ships to Canada, primarily using UPS. Shipping is reliable and quick, but they do currently charge recipients $17.50 Canadian for customs clearance and sales taxes required by Canada on all imports. Delivery time will increase around the holidays, and some Customs offices may get behind as well.

Voyagers K9 Apparel now ships orders to Australia and New Zealand through UPS. Delivery time will increase around the holidays, and some Customs offices tend to get behind as well.

Deliveries to the United Kingdom
Note: Due to a recent change that requires businesses shipping to the United Kingdom to obtain a V.A.T. number, collect and then submit V.A.T. taxes to the UK, Voyagers K9 Apparel will no longer be shipping directly to locations in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. If you have a friend or family member here in the USA, please contact them about receiving an order and forwarding it to you in the UK. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
