Voyagers K9 Apparel products are hand-made in the USA with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship and we guarantee our products for their reasonable lifetime. The reasonable lifetime of an outdoor product is not indefinite, and is affected by the conditions in which it is used. Materials will fade, thin, and wear over time, and the reasonable lifespan of an item will be determined at our discretion.
What's not covered:
- Damage from chewing, snags, tears, or naturally occurring wear.
- Deterioration (including loss of water-resistant properties) from improper care and washing.
- Unwashed items will be returned. Please follow cleaning and care instructions prior to sending your item in for repair.
- Damage to the item from cutting the package open.
To file a warranty claim, contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include as much information as you are able, including your order number, the item in question, a description of the issue, and any photos that show the problem. If your claim is approved your product will be replaced with the same SKU, which may be a more recent version. If your product has been discontinued, you will receive store credit for the original purchase price. We are unable to provide refunds to the original form of payment.
DHL Parcel Direct service offers transit time of 3-10 business days from date package is received by the carrier. Service is DDP and includes tracking and delivery information provided by DHL. PO boxes are not supported. Remote areas may include a surcharge. DHL pays duty fees and local taxes.

Voyagers K9 Apparel makes, packs and ships our products from our facility in Tacoma, WA. We aim to fulfill and ship your order as quickly as possible. We provide the following shipping and delivery estimates to help you plan your purchase, but we are unable to guarantee delivery dates.
For in-stock items ordered during the business week (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) you can expect to receive shipping confirmation within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-Measure dog coats and coats that require a harness opening may take from 2 to 10 business days to ship. Promotional events and seasonal sales affect processing times.
For orders $100 or greater, shipping is free using USPS Ground Advantage service. Delivery is estimated between 2-5 business days from date package is received by the carrier. Tracking is provided by USPS. Available to all 50 states, U.S. Military bases, territories, possessions, and Freely Associated States. Limited to 70 pounds. We offer returns and exchanges on clean, fur-free, unwashed and unaltered products within 30 days of purchase. Products that have been altered with a Harness Opening may be eligible for a return or exchange on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Products sold as discounted or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all shipping fees, duties and taxes.
For US orders, customers are responsible for shipping fees. Voyagers K9 Apparel cannot provide return shipping labels.
Returns will be evaluated by our Production Team and a full refund of the sales price, excluding shipping costs, will be issued to qualifying items. Returns received with pet hair, dirt, odors, or any other signs of use will not qualify for a full refund, but may be eligible for our re-coat program.Exchange orders will be processed once the return item has been received. Please allow 2-4 business days for the exchange order to be shipped after we have received the return item. Voyagers will cover the cost of shipping the exchange item.
