Our hoods have an adjustable opening with a cord lock for the perfect fit

Machine wash in warm water using fabric softener if you prefer, but do not use bleach. (Do not dry clean.) Tumble dry the dog hood on low heat. Spray the fleece with a static eliminator if you prefer. To make your own static eliminator, simply mix 1–2 tablespoons of fabric softener in 8 ounces of water.

We have two 16mos Ridgebacks which didn't do well last winter while they were pups. Since they are older now, it's been difficult finding any large breed apparel. While searching, I came across K9 voyagers and purchased the hoodies. When we received them, I was impressed with the hoods. They were thick but was soft. Last week the temperature dropped in the 20s with cold rain. Usually, I would have to force them to go outside but decided to use them. They had no problems being outside. It kept their ears warm and dry, plus was easy to put on. If you are looking something to keep your family members ears warm for the winter, I would recommend this.
