These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to your use of K9Apparel.com and any purchases made through the website. The website is operated by VK9 Apparel LLC, doing business as Voyagers K9 Apparel (“Voyagers K9 Apparel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, shipping, and contact information and for keeping your account credentials secure. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

2. Products and Fit

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, measurements, colors, and images accurately. Actual colors may vary depending on your screen and lighting. Product availability may change without notice.

Size charts, breed recommendations, and Fit Finder results are tools intended to help you select a size. Because dogs vary in shape and proportion, these tools do not guarantee a particular fit. You are responsible for providing accurate measurements and reviewing the applicable sizing information before ordering.

3. Orders and Payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order, subject to applicable law, including because of product availability, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or an error in product or pricing information. An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has entered fulfillment.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you select for the order total and any charges you approve. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and fees disclosed at checkout or imposed by the destination country, except where we expressly state otherwise.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method. Refund timing may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

4. Pricing and Website Errors

We may correct typographical, pricing, inventory, or product-information errors. If an error affects an order you placed, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected portion of the order, as permitted by applicable law.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Order changes and cancellations are subject to the rules and timeframes presented during checkout, in your order-confirmation materials, or through our self-service order-editing tools. An order cannot be changed or canceled through those tools after it has entered fulfillment. Any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather, address problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. 7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Product eligibility and deadlines vary by product and shipping destination. Customized products and customization services may be final sale or non-refundable as described in that policy.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return and Refund Policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, including applicable rights relating to defective, damaged, misdescribed, unsafe, or incorrectly supplied goods.

8. Product Use and Safety

You are responsible for selecting an appropriate product and size, inspecting the product before use, and supervising your dog as appropriate. Stop using a product if it becomes damaged, worn, or unsafe. Our apparel is not a restraint, flotation device, medical device, or substitute for appropriate veterinary care unless a particular product is expressly described otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content—including text, photographs, graphics, designs, logos, product names, software, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to VK9 Apparel LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Voyagers K9 Apparel names, logos, and related marks may not be used without our prior written permission.

You may view and print portions of the website for personal, non-commercial use or to place an order. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from website content without permission from the applicable rights holder.

10. Reviews and Other User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and use that content in connection with our website, products, and marketing, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may moderate or remove user content that violates these Terms, infringes another person’s rights, contains unlawful or abusive material, or is unrelated to its intended purpose. We are not responsible for opinions expressed by website users.

Legal proceedings relating to these Terms may be brought in courts located in Pierce County, Washington, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere or requires another law or forum to apply. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

If you are a consumer outside Washington, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections provided by the laws applicable to you. Nothing in these Terms limits a right that cannot legally be limited by contract.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date and will apply prospectively. The terms in effect when you placed an order will continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.

18. General Provisions

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or other transfer of our business. You may not assign your obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
