Note on Durability:
While this cooling coat is great for city walks, beach outings, and casual strolls, it is not suitable for rugged terrain or heavily wooded areas. The lightweight, breathable fabric is a knit blend designed for comfort and cooling and will develop snags if worn through brush or brambles. For high-impact outdoor adventures, we recommend more rugged gear.

- Damage from chewing, snags, tears, or naturally occurring wear.
- Deterioration (including loss of water-resistant properties) from improper care and washing.
- Unwashed items will be returned. Please follow cleaning and care instructions prior to sending your item in for repair.
- Damage to the item from cutting the package open.

ReCoat items: All sales are final.
Booties and Hoods: Eligible for return for store credit. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Raincoats, Winter Coats, Tummy Warmers, and Cooling Coats:
Return within 7 days of delivery → full refund.
Return between 8–14 days of delivery → store credit for the full purchase amount.
After 14 days, returns are not accepted.
Harness openings (added to Raincoats or Winter Coats): This customization is refunded as store credit only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
International Orders
