- Unwashed items will be returned. Please follow cleaning and care instructions prior to sending your item in for repair.

If your claim is approved your product will be replaced with the same SKU, which may be a more recent version. Booties and Hoods: Eligible for return for store credit. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Raincoats, Winter Coats, Tummy Warmers, and Cooling Coats:
Return within 7 days of delivery → full refund.
Return between 8–14 days of delivery → store credit for the full purchase amount.
After 14 days, returns are not accepted.
Harness openings (added to Raincoats or Winter Coats): This customization is refunded as store credit only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

We got this for our 2 year old Doberman, Colt. We couldn't be happier with the product. It's nice to have a coat that is made to fit his breed and size. This coat is the perfect coat for fall weather in Canada (and elsewhere in the world!). It can also be used as a second layer during winter with a winter coat which is a nice bonus.
Bought this for my 12 year old blue Doberman. Due to color dilution alopecia she has a very thin coat. This fleece coat fits perfectly and keeps her cozy. She is only 58 lbs but I ordered a size medium as she is long and tall. I bought it in the burgandy color and have received tons of compliments on it saying how beautiful she looks in the coat.
