"Voyagers K9 Apparel makes, packs and ships our products from our workshop in Tacoma, WA. We are proud to be a U.S.-based apparel manufacturer, and when you buy from our website you are purchasing directly from our small shop. Your dog's gear will be handmade from top quality materials by skilled craftsmen and women. We do not resell products from other stores, and we do not sell products made in other countries. In a rapidly changing international marketplace, we are dedicated to our craft and committed to making high-quality, sustainable products that will serve your active pup for many seasons."

Our Production Process:

Every item we make is cut, sewn, finished and inspected by our team before getting packed and shipped to our esteemed customers. Once you've ordered, we aim to fulfill and ship your complete order as quickly as possible. Use the following production estimates to plan your purchase, and note these times do NOT include shipping and delivery time.

Current Processing Estimates for orders placed in January 2026:

These are estimated processing times for MOST orders. Some items may be subject to production delays. Production demand peaks during the busy season (November 1st through January 15th) and will result in longer processing times for Made-to-Order items. If you have not received shipping confirmation within 30 days, please reach out to us at support@k9apparel.com


Ready-to-Ship Items: 2-3 business days to ship

Made-to-Order Winter Coats: 7-10 business days to ship

Made-to-Order Raincoats: 5-7 business days to ship

Made-to-Order Tummy Warmers: 3-5 business days to ship

Made-to-Order Cooling Coats: 3-5 business days to ship


You will receive an email with your shipping confirmation when your order leaves our facility. We do not pre-print labels. If you do not see a shipping confirmation within the timeframe noted above, please search within your inbox and spam folder for support@k9apparel.com or sales@k9apparel.com before reaching out to us.


Shipping Policies:

  1. We ship complete. We do not send split shipments. Orders with multiple items will ship when the last item is complete.
  2. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates.
  3. Expedited shipping options DO NOT GUARANTEE expedited production times.
  4. DO NOT CUT YOUR PACKAGE OPEN.
  5. If anything in your order is received as damaged, missing, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@k9apparel.com.
  6. If your order is lost or stolen, contact us at support@k9apparel.com.

  8. Orders are charged the full amount when the order is placed. This is to cover the costs of materials and labor involved in producing your order by hand. If you or your credit card merchant require alternative terms, contact us at support@k9apparel.com
