Voyagers K9 Apparel warranties items you receive will be free from material and workmanship defects. If an item is found to be defective upon delivery, let us know within 24 hours. We do not warranty against damage from abuse like roughhousing, chewing, snags, or tears.
Please carefully open (do not cut package) and inspect your order upon delivery. If any items are missing or damaged, let us know within 24 hours of delivery. Voyagers K9 Apparel will not warranty items cut while opening the package.
All orders are shipped complete. If you receive only part of your order, please contact us within 24 hours.
Requests for Returns and Exchanges
Requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 5 days of delivery. If an item is eligible for return or exchange, we will issue you a Return Authorization number. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without previous authorization from Voyagers K9 Apparel. Only clean and unworn items may be returned (trying on for size is okay). Please make sure any returned coat is completely free of hair.
Dog booties, custom coats, and items altered with a harness opening cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanges.

Please use tracking on any returns. Voyagers K9 Apparel is not responsible for returns that are not received. Tracking will help.
Returns for Refund
Make sure item is completely free of hair. Include a copy of the invoice and a note that you are returning the enclosed item/s for a refund.
Returns for exchange
DOMESTIC USA EXCHANGE OPTIONS Make sure item is completely free of hair. Include a copy of the invoice and a note letting us know your preference of the following:
- Return for refund and, then, repurchase the size needed. With this option you will receive the correct size more quickly. Since inventories can run low with certain colors, this is often the best option. We will refund your return when it arrives at Voyagers K9 Apparel.
- Return for exchange. Return the item to Voyagers K9 Apparel. We'll make the exchange, and send it back to you at no additional charge. Subject to availability. Domestic USA only.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES Send item/s back to Voyagers K9 Apparel with a note for a refund. Go online, and repurchase the size needed.
- Refunds will be credited back to your method of payment.
- Refunds will be for the returned items only. Postage paid will not be refunded.
- Items received for refund after 30 days of delivery will be issued in the form of an in-store credit.
- Return shipping (to send items to Voyagers K9 Apparel) is your responsibility.
- Voyagers K9 Apparel does not supply return shipping labels.
