Domestic Orders (within the U.S.)
ReCoat items: All sales are final.

Booties and Hoods: Eligible for return for store credit. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Raincoats, Winter Coats, Tummy Warmers, and Cooling Coats:

Return within 7 days of delivery → full refund.

Return between 8–14 days of delivery → store credit for the full purchase amount.

After 14 days, returns are not accepted.

Harness openings (added to Raincoats or Winter Coats): This customization is refunded as store credit only.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

International Orders
ReCoat items, Booties, Hoods, Tummy Warmers, and Cooling Coats: All sales are final.

Raincoats and Winter Coats: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are issued as store credit for the item price only.

Duties, taxes, shipping costs, and cross-border fees are non-refundable.
