- Damage from chewing, snags, tears, or naturally occurring wear.
- Deterioration (including loss of water-resistant properties) from improper care and washing.
- Unwashed items will be returned. Please follow cleaning and care instructions prior to sending your item in for repair.
- Damage to the item from cutting the package open.
- Re♻️Coat purchases are not covered under warranty under any circumstances.

Please include as much information as you are able, including your order number, the item in question, a description of the issue, and any photos that show the problem. If your claim is approved your product will be replaced with the same SKU, which may be a more recent version. If your product has been discontinued, you will receive store credit for the original purchase price. We are unable to provide refunds to the original form of payment.

Domestic Orders (within the U.S.)
ReCoat items: All sales are final.
Booties and Hoods: Eligible for return for store credit. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Raincoats, Winter Coats, Tummy Warmers, and Cooling Coats:
Return within 7 days of delivery → full refund.
Return between 8–14 days of delivery → store credit for the full purchase amount.
After 14 days, returns are not accepted.
Harness openings (added to Raincoats or Winter Coats): This customization is refunded as store credit only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
International Orders
