We want you and your dog to be completely happy with your purchase. Return eligibility depends on the product purchased and the order’s shipping destination.
Domestic Orders (United States)
ReCoat and Made-to-Measure Items
All sales are final.
Booties and Hoods
Booties and Hoods may be returned for store credit. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Raincoats, Winter Coats, Tummy Warmers, and Cooling Coats
- Returns requested within 7 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund.
- Returns requested between 8 and 14 days after delivery are eligible for store credit equal to the full purchase amount.
- Returns are not accepted more than 14 days after delivery.
Domestic Return Shipping
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
International Orders
ReCoat, Booties, Hoods, Tummy Warmers, and Cooling Coats
All sales are final.
Raincoats and Winter Coats
Raincoats and Winter Coats may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Eligible returns will be issued as store credit for the item price only.
International Shipping and Fees
Duties, taxes, shipping charges, and cross-border fees are non-refundable.
Harness Openings
A harness opening is a service that modifies a stock Raincoat or Winter Coat to the customer’s specifications. The cost of the harness-opening service is non-refundable.
