Voyagers K9 Apparel products are hand-made in the USA with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship and we guarantee our products for their reasonable lifetime. The reasonable lifetime of an outdoor product is not indefinite, and is affected by the conditions in which it is used. Materials will fade, thin, and wear over time, and the reasonable lifespan of an item will be determined at our discretion.

What's not covered:

  • Damage from chewing, snags, tears, or naturally occurring wear.
  • Deterioration (including loss of water-resistant properties) from improper care and washing.
  • Unwashed items will be returned. Please follow cleaning and care instructions prior to sending your item in for repair.
  • Damage to the item from cutting the package open.
  • Re♻️Coat purchases are not covered under warranty under any circumstances. 

To file a warranty claim, contact us by email at support@k9apparel.com. Please include as much information as you are able, including your order number, the item in question, a description of the issue, and any photos that show the problem. If your claim is approved your product will be replaced with the same SKU, which may be a more recent version. If your product has been discontinued, you will receive store credit for the original purchase price. We are unable to provide refunds to the original form of payment.

DHL Parcel Direct service offers transit time of 3-10 business days from date package is received by the carrier. Service is DDP and includes tracking and delivery information provided by DHL. PO boxes are not supported. Remote areas may include a surcharge. DHL pays duty fees and local taxes.

Our Production Process:

Every item we make is cut, sewn, finished and inspected by our team before getting packed and shipped to our esteemed customers. Once you've ordered, we aim to fulfill and ship your complete order as quickly as possible. Use the following production estimates to plan your purchase, and note these times do NOT include shipping and delivery time.

You will receive an email with your shipping confirmation when your order leaves our facility. We do not pre-print labels. If you do not see a shipping confirmation within the timeframe noted above, please search within your inbox and spam folder for support@k9apparel.com or sales@k9apparel.com before reaching out to us.


Shipping Policies:

  1. We ship complete. We do not send split shipments. Orders with multiple items will ship when the last item is complete.
  2. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates.
  3. Expedited shipping options DO NOT GUARANTEE expedited production times.
  4. DO NOT CUT YOUR PACKAGE OPEN.
  5. If anything in your order is received as damaged, missing, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@k9apparel.com.
  6. If your order is lost or stolen, contact us at support@k9apparel.com.

We know the importance of a great fit for your pup, and you should feel confident in your purchase of any of our Voyagers K9 Apparel products. Even if you’ve ordered your coat with a custom harness opening, rest assured that the addition of the harness opening will not be a barrier to initiating a return or exchange.

Customers who purchase our Worry-Free Return & Exchange coverage for $1.98 will receive unlimited complimentary return shipping. This coverage is available for purchase from the “View Cart” screen.

Customers who do not purchase our Worry-Free Return & Exchange coverage will still be able to initiate a return or exchange, but will be responsible for paying for their own return shipping labels via the return/exchange portal.

All return and exchange orders are subject to the following terms:

  1. Returns and exchanges initiated within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a 100% refund of the original purchase price.
  2. Returns and exchanges initiated 15-30 days after delivery are eligible for store credit minus a $6.95 per item restocking fee.
  3. Returns and exchanges initiated more than 30 days after delivery are eligible for our ReCoat program.

We offer returns and exchanges on clean, fur-free, unwashed products. Dogs shed (some more than others!) so we ask that you simply try the coat on your pup and if it doesn’t fit, take it off right away and initiate your return or exchange request.

Items must be received in our shop before credit or refunds will be issued. All refunds and credits are issued at the discretion of Voyagers K9 Apparel. Items with fur, blemishes, damage, or other obvious signs of wear may receive a partial refund or credit.
