The reasonable lifetime of an outdoor product is not indefinite, and is affected by the conditions in which it is used. Materials will fade, thin, and wear over time, and the reasonable lifespan of an item will be determined at our discretion.
What's not covered:
- Damage from chewing, snags, tears, or naturally occurring wear.
- Deterioration (including loss of water-resistant properties) from improper care and washing.
- Unwashed items will be returned. Please follow cleaning and care instructions prior to sending your item in for repair.
- Damage to the item from cutting the package open.
- Re♻️Coat purchases are not covered under warranty under any circumstances.
To file a warranty claim, contact us by email at support@k9apparel.com. Please include as much information as you are able, including your order number, the item in question, a description of the issue, and any photos that show the problem. If your claim is approved your product will be replaced with the same SKU, which may be a more recent version. If your product has been discontinued, you will receive store credit for the original purchase price. We are unable to provide refunds to the original form of payment.
DHL Parcel Direct service offers transit time of 3-10 business days from date package is received by the carrier. Service is DDP and includes tracking and delivery information provided by DHL. PO boxes are not supported. Remote areas may include a surcharge. DHL pays duty fees and local taxes.

Every item we make is cut, sewn, finished and inspected by our team before getting packed and shipped to our esteemed customers. Once you've ordered, we aim to fulfill and ship your complete order as quickly as possible. Use the following production estimates to plan your purchase, and note these times do NOT include shipping and delivery time.

Domestic Orders (within the U.S.)
ReCoat items: All sales are final.
Booties and Hoods: Eligible for return for store credit. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Raincoats, Winter Coats, Tummy Warmers, and Cooling Coats:
Return within 7 days of delivery → full refund.
Return between 8–14 days of delivery → store credit for the full purchase amount.
After 14 days, returns are not accepted.
Harness openings (added to Raincoats or Winter Coats): This customization is refunded as store credit only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
International Orders
ReCoat items, Booties, Hoods, Tummy Warmers, and Cooling Coats: All sales are final.

A waterproof outer shell of high quality Taslan© nylon features the DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish. DWR causes water droplets to bead up and roll off the fabric — and away from your dog's body.
Breed-specific dog coats are designed to fit the unique size and shape of particular dog breeds. At Voyagers K9 Apparel, we believe every dog deserves comfortable dog coats. In addition to making stylish dog coats for active breeds like Greyhounds, Voyagers K9 Apparel offers breed-specific dog apparel for 20 other short-haired dog breeds because there really is no such thing as "one size fits all" when it comes to dog coats.
No. If your dog wears a body harness, you may request an optional body harness opening. Voyagers K9 Apparel can alter our winter coats and raincoats to include a customized harness opening. Please note that there is an extra charge for this optional harness opening, and dog coats with this alteration are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable.

DWR finish and Taslan fabric keep the elements away
Water beads up and rolls off of our DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coated Taslan© fabric. Even after repeated washing, this material retains its superiority as a waterproof fabric.
OPTIMAL FIT
Breed-specific design offers greater coverage & comfort
Our coats are designed to complement the unique size and shape of your dog from their head to their tail. The front chest piece is warm and non-restricting so your dog moves freely, while the broad belly wrap adjusts with Velcro straps for a snug fit. The length takes into account the style and characteristics of their tail.
