Sewing Production Coordinator | Part-time and Full-time available APPLY NOW

In this role, you will be an important member of the sewing and production team. You will act to plan, manage, and supply the sewing team with cut patterns and consumables, evaluate material inventory needs, and coordinate daily and weekly production schedules. All work will be performed at our facility - this is not a take-home role.

Regular business hours are 7:30am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. After a probationary period, this role is eligible for an alternative schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

• At least one year of commercial production/piecework sewing experience.
• Sample-making experience.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining high quality standards.
• A significant part of this role is cutting patterns with a manual rotary blade. Candidates must be physically prepared and capable of extended time spent cutting patterns and working over a cutting table.

Job requirements include:

• Basic English proficiency and ability to follow instructions.
• Experience and familiarity with a variety of sewing machines and equipment.
• Ability to work well in a small team environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift a 40lb box to shoulder level.

This is a seasonal position through January 2026.
