Return and Exchange Policy
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer returns and exchanges on clean, fur-free, unwashed and unaltered products within 30 days of purchase. Products that have been altered with a Harness Opening may be eligible for a return or exchange on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Products sold as discounted or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all shipping fees, duties and taxes.
For US orders, customers are responsible for shipping fees. Voyagers K9 Apparel cannot provide return shipping labels.
Returns will be evaluated by our Production Team and a full refund of the sales price, excluding shipping costs, will be issued to qualifying items. Returns received with pet hair, dirt, odors, or any other signs of use will not qualify for a full refund, but may be eligible for our re-coat program.
Exchange orders will be processed once the return item has been received. Please allow 2-4 business days for the exchange order to be shipped after we have received the return item. Voyagers will cover the cost of shipping the exchange item.
To initiate a return or exchange request send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number, whether this is a return or exchange request, and the reason for the request.
