Items purchased from Voyagers K9 Apparel LLC can be returned within five business days of receiving an item—provided items have not been worn outside and are in resalable condition.

Make sure items are completely free of hair and soil of any kind before returning them. A $15.00 cleaning fee will be deducted for each returned item that is slightly soiled or has hair on it. We are unable to accept worn or soiled returns.
» There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges of booties, items with customized harness openings, and custom dog coat or custom color orders.

If you wish to return a resalable item for an exchange, there will be a reshipping fee [$10.00 Domestic USA, $44.00 Canada, $64.00 International]. Please follow these instructions:
Refunds will be issued back to the purchaser's credit card or Paypal account for the amount of the item(s). Please note that we do not issue credits for shipping or handling charges.

Please follow the order tracking to avoid possible delivery delays. If the USPS returns a package to us, we will notify the purchaser via email that we have received an undeliverable or unclaimed package.
If the USPS returns an order to Voyagers K9 Apparel because the postal service deemed it undeliverable, we will notify the purchaser via email of the failed delivery attempt. There will be an additional charge for reshipping an order. If a purchaser declines to pay for additional shipping, or fails to respond to our email notice within one week, we will treat the order as a Return for Refund and will deduct a 20% restocking/processing fee from the refund.
If the USPS returns an order to Voyagers K9 Apparel with an Unclaimed label, we will notify the purchaser via email of the order's status. Unless the purchaser makes reshipping provisions within one week of this email notification, we will treat the order as a Return for Refund and will deduct a 20% restocking/processing fee from the refund.
» An Unclaimed label means that the post office left an Attempted Delivery Notification (a peach-colored slip): the item was not picked up at the destination post office and/or the purchaser made no attempt to schedule re-delivery in a timely manner. A local post office will normally hold a package for pick up or redelivery for 3–4 weeks before returning the package to the sender.
