What happens when the USPS returns packages to K9 Apparel?

Please follow the order tracking to avoid possible delivery delays. If the USPS returns a package to us, we will notify the purchaser via email that we have received an undeliverable or unclaimed package.

Orders Deemed Undeliverable by the USPS

If the USPS returns an order to Voyagers K9 Apparel because the postal service deemed it undeliverable, we will notify the purchaser via email of the failed delivery attempt. There will be an additional charge for reshipping an order. If a purchaser declines to pay for additional shipping, or fails to respond to our email notice within one week, we will treat the order as a Return for Refund and will deduct a 20% restocking/processing fee from the refund.

Orders Labeled as Unclaimed by the USPS

If the USPS returns an order to Voyagers K9 Apparel with an Unclaimed label, we will notify the purchaser via email of the order's status. Unless the purchaser makes reshipping provisions within one week of this email notification, we will treat the order as a Return for Refund and will deduct a 20% restocking/processing fee from the refund.
» An Unclaimed label means that the post office left an Attempted Delivery Notification (a peach-colored slip): the item was not picked up at the destination post office and/or the purchaser made no attempt to schedule redelivery in a timely manner. A local post office will normally hold a package for pick up or redelivery for 3–4 weeks before returning the package to the sender.
