Perfect fit for a dog that is hard to find the right size

Very soft and warm

My 7 yr old GSP has never worn “clothes”, but as she’s gotten older she shivers and her teeth chatter in 40 degree weather. She loves to ride on the side by side but gets too cold so I found these cute tummy warmers and thought they might work. It arrived today and she loves it. I think she’d be happy to wear it inside too. She weighs 55 lbs and seems average size to me. After measuring we chose a large size. I’m ordering another one in an XL because I think it would fit her better overall. Orange is definitely her color! Thanks Voyager for making apparel that is made to fit the breed!

So cute and cozy

My girl isn’t actually a German pointer but the small size fit her measurements perfectly! She is a pit/Shepard mix and she looks adorable in her little tummy warmer.

A must have for shorthairs!

Other warming coats on the market don’t keep a GSP warm because they don’t cover their bellies. This Tummy Warmer is essential. It hugs our GSP in all the right places. The cut keeps her warm but does not restrict her movement while jumping through the woods or make her uncomfortable while snuggling in a chilly car. The coat is growing with our 6 month old GSP and is easily adjustable. She *might* need another one to expand her wardrobe! Highly recommend.

Perfect Cold Weather Coat!

We got Tummy Warmers for our two GSPs last winter and are beyond happy with them! With the short hair, they get pretty cold in the winter but these jackets fit perfectly and keep them warm! It’s hard to find jackets that fit well because of the breed’s deep chest but each jacket is custom fitted so they fit like a glove! I would highly recommend theses jackets for any dog. Definitely worth the price and a must have for cold weather!

Four Seasons

We were so excited to recieve our tummy warmers! I loved the idea of the adjustable velco, and the fact that it covered more of their bellies than other jackets I’ve gotten them in the past. I’ve also never come across a breed specific jacket for their awkward, lengthy bodies. My hound dog wasn’t on the list, but since she resembles my male so much I decided to order her the same size and it fit perfectly! All three dogs LOVE their tummy warmers, and I know they’re going to get plenty use during all four seasons!

Perfect for the PNW

Where we live, it doesn't get super cold but it does get cold enough to make our girl shiver! Anyone with a GSP knows that they can't handle temps below 45-50 degrees before they start shaking and wondering where the sun and the sand is. This was the perfect compromise to the winter coat. Super easy to put on, with double velcro. This was essential for us as Emma tends to loose clothing when she is romping around. The tummy warmer keeps her nice and toasty on chilly days and is the perfect addition for added warmth under her coat. We measured her using the guidelines and the fit was perfect. We could not imagine spending our money elsewhere- SO happy!

Older dogs

Originally the tummy warmer was
purchased for an additional layer for our 10 year old GSP, but with winter coming and the house cooler at night, i decided to use it as a pj for her. She is sleeping better, stays warm at night and seems more perky in the morning. Both our GSPs have the tummy warmers and the fit is perfect! Elsa and Abby LOVE them.

My dog wants to sleep in it

Nothing has ever fit my dog as well as this tummy warmer has. She never wants it to be taken off; she'll even sleep in it. The Velcro strap is very handy if my dog needs more or less room. It's really an ingenious invention.

Extra-cold days in Cleveland

This warmer fits my GSP very well. She will wear it on those extra-cold days in Cleveland.

Check your measurements

Shipped almost immediately, which is much faster than I expected based on other reviews. My dog's coat doesn't fit quite right, and based on the measurement chart provided, he has measurements that fit in M, L, and XL categories. They sent me an XL and I generally agree with their decision. This is not a coat I would recommend leaving on your dog during the day. My dog rolled over and ended up getting his leg caught in the chest band. But customer service was great and they did attend to my concerns. I do recommend this product, but quadruple check your measurements and request a custom made coat if you're skeptical.

fits great

It has been difficult to find a jacket/sweater that fits my GSP. It was great to have one made specific to her measurements and it fits great! It will be nice to have for the cold winter ahead.
