What if a Package is Returned as Undeliverable?

If the postal service returns a package to Voyagers K9 Apparel as Undeliverable, we will notify the purchaser via email of the order's status. Voyagers K9 Apparel notifies purchasers that we have shipped an order with a shipping notification and tracking number from www.stamps.com to follow the delivery progress of orders. If the USPS returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact the purchaser via the email provided when ordering the product. After sending this notification, we hope to hear from the purchaser within a week to work out another delivery arrangement.
»If a purchaser fails to respond to our email notification within one week, Voyagers K9 Apparel will treat the order as a Return for Refund.
» If the purchaser notifies Voyagers K9 Apparel of an address change, reshipment of the package is subject to an additional shipping charge. If the purchaser declines to pay for the additional shipping, Voyagers K9 Apparel will treat the order as a Return for Refund.

Please note that altered products, i.e. coats with harness openings, or custom coats will not be refunded.

In this important role, you will be responsible for every step of the custom and semi-custom garment making process, including cutting, sewing, and finishing. All work will be performed at our facility - this is not a take-home role.

Our ideal candidate will possess:
-At least one year of commercial production/piecework sewing experience.
-Sample-making experience.
-Ability to work quickly while maintaining high quality standards.

Job requirements include:
-Basic English proficiency and ability to follow instructions.
-Experience and familiarity with a variety of sewing machines and equipment.

-Ability to work with minimal supervision.
-Ability to lift a 40lb box to shoulder level.

Job description for Processing Associate:

Voyagers K9 Apparel is a family-owned small business that has been making dog apparel for nearly 30 years. We pride ourselves on making high-quality, performance outerwear that keeps active dogs comfy in all weather environments. Our products are enjoyed by customers around the world. We are located in a clean and spacious facility in downtown Tacoma, just steps from the light rail and public transit station, and easy access to parking.

We have a current opening for a Fulfillment Processing Associate. This important role is primarily responsible for helping us keep our promise to deliver a quality product in a timely manner to our customers. To accomplish this, the Fulfillment Processing Associate will ensure daily orders are pulled, checked for accuracy, packed and shipped.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking and packing incoming orders
Adhering to fulfillment process guidelines
Maintaining production queue
Inventory management
Perform Quality Assurance (QA) inspections

Required skills and abilities:

Excellent attention to detail
Identify and match patterns in SKU codes
Lift 40lbs above shoulder height
Prioritize and complete tasks
Work quickly and efficiently with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

Eligible to work in the United States
English language fluency, spoken and written

This is an ideal role for a student. This is a seasonal position with flexible hours. Regular business hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. After a probationary period, this role is eligible to work an alternative schedule, including evenings and weekends.
